Austria Yttria Oxide

Yttrium Oxide (Y₂O₃) is the most important yttrium compound, it is insoluble in water and alkali, soluble in acid,the appearance of white crystalline powder (belongs to the cubic crystal system), has excellent chemical stability, low volatility under vacuum and high heat resistance,corrosion resistance,high dielectric,transparent (infrared), etc. Mainly used in Yttrium stabilized zirconia powder synthesis, Al₂O₃/AIN/SiC/SiN and other special ceramics sintering aid, YAG single crystal series(Yttrium aluminum garnet crystal), transparent ceramics, thermaI barrier coating, semiconductor yttrium ceramics and other fields.
